Hot lips!
These lips are so bright and vibrant, they are almost neon, which is perfect for the neon trend this Spring. I matched it with a pink blush but kept the eyes understated by using a gorgeous light mushroom taupe eye shadow and a couple of coats of mascara.
My lips were doing all the talking.

DeleteIt's a beautiful colour, I think i'm a little too pale at the moment to pull it off but once I get a bit of colour it will be perfect.
